Principals
Rodney Green, Founder and CEO
Rodney Green has enjoyed over thirty years of practice as a principal. He holds degrees in both Architecture and Construction Management from the University of Florida. He is a member of the AIA and certified nationally by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB).He is a licensed Architect and currently registered in 38 states across the country. He also holds licenses as both a General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. He has served his community as the vice-chairman of the Margate Community Re-development Board, a member of the Unsafe Structures Board of Broward County and as an advisor to the Broward County Schools Drafting Advisory Committee.
Spencer Green, President
Spencer Green holds a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida with a minor in business. He spent five years working in construction on various high-rise, mid-rise and assisted living facility projects totaling over 70 million dollars. He is a licensed General Contractor since 2001 and has been a member of the Young Constructors forum and is presently a member of BOMA. Spencer has been with RNGA Architecture, Inc. since 2003.
James Caperton, Vice President of Architecture
James Caperton graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Florida Atlantic University where he holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He is a registered Architect in the District of Columbia and Florida. He has been practicing Architecture for over 20 years and joined RNGA Architecture, Inc. in 2005, as a production manager and has recently been appointed the Vice President of Architecture. Jim has spent the last 14 years in South Florida and has gained invaluable experience working with the numerous municipalities. His attention to detail and creative talent have resulted in many successful projects over the years.

Must be current with at least AutoCAD 2005 (Revit Architecture). Minimum seven years experience. Minimum five years experience in retail and commercial projects. Minimum two years experience in South Florida. Must be able to oversee multiple projects and employees.
